Gin del Vicolo® is a London Dry gin produced at zero kilometers, with no added sugars and an alcohol content of 42%. It is distilled in Rome using a discontinuous alembic and the bain-marie technique, which is universally recognized as the best method for obtaining high-quality spirits.

The botanicals used, in addition to juniper, are some of the most important ingredients in Roman cuisine: bay leaf, Roman mint, rosemary, and others.

It is an aromatic gin with a pronounced juniper presence, complemented by delicate and balanced notes of mint and rosemary that blend perfectly with pepper and ginger.

On the palate, these latter flavors stand out with a sharp but perfectly balanced intensity, thanks to the freshness of the mint, the spontaneity of the rosemary, and a citrus note that leads to the final botanical—bay leaf—which unfolds in the last act of this tasting experience.
